Roqos Cores in the background always look for malicious activities or bad setups in your network that may impact your privacy or performance. One of the features is called Rogue DHCP Server Detection. Your Roqos Core listens to traffic coming from your devices and if it sees DHCP activity that did not originate from your Roqos Core, then it digs deeper, learns about that DHCP server and immediately generates an alert to notify you for possible accidentally inserted router or a DHCP server planted by a hacker in your network.
If you are experimenting DHCP servers in your network, or you don't want to get notified by this feature (not recommended) you can disable this feature in Settings > Local Network Settings page.
