Roqos Core RC10-M and RC10-P have status lights showing the state of the Roqos Core. Following describes the lights showing pictures of RC10-P mode. They are the same on RC10-M model.
White
This means your Roqos Core RC10/RC20 is powered on. Normally RC10/RC20 does not stay in this color more than a few seconds. If it does, please contact Roqos Customer Service.
Blinking Blue
This means your RC10/RC20 has not been activated. If you have received a new RC or a replacement one you will need to activate first before using it. From the app login page, choose “Activate Roqos Core” and follow the instructions on the screen.
Blinking Red
This means your RC10/RC20 has lost the internet connection due to an ISP problem, defective modem or loose cables.
Solid Red
This means RC10/RC20's Internet port does not have a cable attached to the modem or upstream router.
Solid Blue
This is the normal operation mode of the RC10/RC20 which is connected to the internet via Ethernet port to the ISP modem/router.
Solid Green
This color mode is available only on RC20 when it is connected to the Roqos cellular network.
Blinking S Letter
When there is any problem with WiFi such hardware failure or software crash which results in disappearing of the WiFi signal, then the letter "s" in the Roqos logo of your Roqos Core RC10 and RC20 starts blinking slowly.
