What should I do if I get a "Security Threat Blocked" notification?

Do not be alarmed if you get this notification. It means that the intrusion prevention feature that comes with your subscription has detected suspicious traffic on your network and blocked it. The intrusion prevention feature protects you from a wide variety of threats and it is difficult to pinpoint the specific cause for blockage.
 
If you believe that your attempt to access a legitimate site has been blocked, you may disable Intrusion Prevention by going to Cybersecurity section on the Roqos Home app and tapping on the Intrusion Prevention toggle. In those cases, please let us know by sending us a request so that we can examine this issue and update the security signatures if needed.
