Why am I having trouble accessing sites that I know are safe?

The intrusion prevention feature that comes with Roqos subscription constantly analyzes your network traffic by using the latest security signatures. Every once in awhile, it may falsely identify a match against these signatures and block your access to a site you wish to access.

In those cases, please contact Roqos Support at support@roqos.com or opening a ticketing in this site and provide the site name. We will examine it and update signatures right away.
