Why am I experiencing a slow connection throughout my home?

The first thing you’ll want to do is figure out whether you’re experiencing the slow connection on multiple devices. If it’s only on one device, simply turn your device’s WiFi off and on again. If that doesn’t work, try rebooting the device.

If you’re having an issue across multiple devices, the most reliable way to measure your speed is to connect to Roqos Core via an ethernet cable and run a speed test from that device by going to Speedtest.net. If the numbers you are seeing are comparatively lower to what you pay your internet service provider, we recommend that you get in touch with them.
