This means your Roqos Core (RC) is powered on. Normally RC does not stay in this color more than a few seconds. If it does, please contact Roqos Customer Service.
This means your RC has not been activated. If you have received a new RC or a replacement one you will need to activate first before using it. From the app login page, choose “Activate Roqos Core” and follow the instructions on the screen.
This means your RC has lost the internet connection due to an ISP problem, defective modem or loose cables.
This means RC's Internet port does not have a cable attached to the modem or upstream router.
This is the normal operation mode of the RC.
