What does the “No Internet Connection” message on the Roqos Home app mean?

This means that the device you are on does not have a working internet connection. Make sure your device is connected to the internet either via Wi-Fi or cellular.

If you are connected to Roqos Core Wi-Fi, please check to see if it is blinking red or white. If it is blinking red, contact your internet service provider for a possible outage. If it is blinking white, please submit a ticket request from the link below.
